Born in Madrid, Lorenzo Castillo is a prestigious interior designer and decorator known for his classic, fresh, and eclectic taste. A discerning antique dealer, historian, and art dealer, he is passionate about blending classic and contemporary styles, creating unique environments through the use of essential and simple elements. In this sense, he affirms that interior design should be "the transformation of interiors into livable spaces suited to each individual's personality." As one of the most sought-after designers of the moment, he has completed projects around the world, from the Dominican Republic to Florence and New York, among other cities. He has designed and decorated houses, hotels, restaurants, and shops. Among his latest works is the renovation of a 17th-century mansion in Madrid's Lavapiés neighborhood, where the designer himself resides—one of the finest examples of his singular style.

This large-format book, dedicated exclusively to his professional career, is illustrated with photographs of nine of his most important projects taken by Manolo Yllera.
