SAMARAS. Seed Art of Sabiha Al Khemir

With lyrical artworks accompanied by poetic texts, Tunisian-American artist Sabiha Al Khemir takes us on a fascinating migration with helicopter seeds, encouraging an awareness of nature and its beauty. This creative project was sparked by a personal encounter with samaras. Gathering these seeds from different parts of the world and incorporating them into her art, she brings to the fore their homogeneity and diversity as well as the fragility and resilience of nature.
