BOATS. Illustrations and cartoons II

BARCA. Illustrations and Caricatures II is a new compilation of the graphic works of its author, Javier Barcáiztegui (San Sebastián, 1948).

Like his previous book, published by Ediciones El Viso (BARCA. Illustrations and caricatures, 2017), this is a magnificent selection of his drawings, which mainly depict country and hunting scenes, as well as people from the countryside and the city, all endowed with that classic local colour that characterises his work.

This volume features everything from his contributions to "ABC de la caza" to a selection of his biting and humorous cartoons. As an added element, some of his drawings reflect the terrible impact the COVID pandemic had on everyday life and, in particular, on rural areas and their people.
